"I'm fine." Theo responded. "And I supposed you're right. Not many people would react well to that." He smiled at her, a smile full of gratitude. "Thanks for helping me calm down. I really owe you one." He jerked his head over to his basket that was still lying next to the tree. "Umm. If you're hungry, I have some sandwiches in my basket." He looked back to her. "I-If y-you're hungry you can have a few."

She smiled at the kind gesture and shoo her head. "Unlike what people think about fairies eating berries and nuts. I only drink nectar. And even then I don't need too often. But thank you for the offer. If your hungry please don't let me stop you!" She smiled brightly before darting towards the trees again and settled down on the lowest branch just below his picnic area.
She sat silently watching below and smiled.

Theodore nervously scratched the back of his head. "It seems a bit rude to eat while you just wait there. So I'll hold off for now." He picked up his sketchpad that had fallen to the ground and placed it in the picnic bag for later. He looked up at Spark and smiled. "I'd rather get to know you a bit more first." He tilted his head to the side, trying to come up with a question. "What brings you hear anyway?" He asked, curious to know more about the pretty fairy that stopped him from loosing control.

She was going to object but stopped herself in time. "Oh. Well," she gave a small thoughtful smile. "I'm errr traveling on my own." She replied as she jumped down from the tree to sit by him. "You see...I umm...well." She gritted her teeth. "I sort of got captured years ago and I can't remember what happened before my capture...and since I can't remember my past I can't remember my pod. So I don't know where to go. You can say I'm lost I suppose. So I traveled around until I came here." She shrugged awkwardly and stirred up some leaves with her wing absently.

Theodore listened intently to Spark's story. She had been separated from her friends and lost her memory. "I'm sorry to hear that Spark." He muttered, drawing his knees up to his chest. "I-If you ever need anything. Don't be afraid to ask me okay." He told her earnestly. "I owe you big time for helping me calm down. If you ever need my help just ask alright." He told her, now becoming a bit more animated. Without even noticing it, he moved to take her hands in his own to put emphasis on his declaration.

She gave him a smile of gratitude. "Thank you Theo. I mean it." She smiled giving his hand a squeeze. "I'm happy to know I'm not alone." She replied. She but her lip thinking. "Hey Theo? Have you ever flown before?" She asked glancing up at the sky.

Theo shrugged when Spark asked him about flying. "Yeah, a couple of times." He jerked his head backward to gesture to the scarab sitting between his shoulders. "The armor lets me fly." His face took on a light blush of embarrassment. "I'm not very good at it though. I keep crashing into stuff when I fly near ground level." He cocked his head to the side. "Why do you ask?"

She smiled secretively. "Oh no reason." She shook her head and rose to her feet. Brushing her black dress into place before holding out her hand. "Come here I want to show you something cool." She smiled sweetly as she stretched out her wings to get ready for flight.

He raised an eyebrow when she said it was for no reason. That probably meant it was for some reason but she didn't want to tell him. But he had no reason to mistrust Spark, so he let it go. It's not like the fairy had anything malicious planned for him.
Shrugging, he stood up and took the offered hand in his own.

Spark giggled. "Hold on tight." She offered before shooting up into the air. Carrying Theo along by the hand while doing so. A golden sparkly dust surrounded the boy as he floated in midair beside her. They where high enough that you could not only see the pretty lake but also the rolling mountains of treetops blow and in front of them. "This is what Autumn looks like for a Fairy." She commented as she swept her arm out and a gold dust, like the same that surrounded the floating boy. Swept out and blew through the treetops turning each lead a burning red yellow and orange.
The colors where like a wave that hit one lone of trees and rushed right to the next until all of that area was in its proper season of colors. "Happy first day of Autumn Theo." Spark murmured as she looked at the trees with a fond smile.

Spark just changed the colors of the surrounding trees in a dazzling display of her power, as was her right as an autumn fairy. The trees below were dyed in beautiful shades of oranges and reds.
Of course Theodore couldn't really appreciate the wonderful show that Spark was showing him. He was too busy clinging onto the fairy's waist for dear life. He had moved to wrap his arms around her as she shot up into the air. "I-I-It's beautiful S-Spark." He stammered out. "B-B-But can we please go down now? I think my armor is starting to activate again."

She looked at the scared boy and gave a sympathetic smile. "Right. I'm sorry." She flew back down and carefully set the boy down on his feet. "I forgot about that...say, Theo. you've never learned to be one with your entity have you?" She commented
